Ronda Acker is a certified CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) with executive credentials from one of the leading executive search firms in Nashville TN, where she was a driving force in the development of the firm's Healthcare Technology practice.
For several years, she also served as head of talent acquisition for a global petroleum and retail products company where she doubled the growth of it's corporate headquarters as part of the IPO. She was also responsible for the oversight of staffing the retail and refining operations.
Ronda has recruited in such diverse markets ranging from Cybersecurity, Supply Chain, Healthcare Technology, Oil and Gas, Clean Tech and Manufacturing.
Ronda holds a BS in Public Relations from California State University, Fullerton.
